Delivery & Returns

Delivery

stunningsmart.com (thus forth known as Seller) will only grant release and delivery of the Goods once full payment has been received from the customer/client (thus forth know as Buyer).

We aim to deliver the Buyer’s Products within 30 days from the date of order or, in the case of pre-ordered Products, 30 days from the date of the despatch confirmation email. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our reasonable control we will email to you a revised estimated delivery date.

​​Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the delivery address given in the order.

The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. You will be notified of the delivery charges when you place your order.

The Seller delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK. However there are restrictions on some Products for certain countries for further information please call or email us.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, custom duties or taxes which are the Buyer’s responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and the Seller is not responsible for them.

​If you do not pay these local import/custom duties or taxes then the Product could be returned to the Seller or possibly destroyed by customs if too expensive to return. Please note, if this happens, we may not be able to refund your purchase. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you are in breach of any law in any such country.

 

Returns

Goods may not be returned without the prior written agreement of the Seller.

The Seller shall only accept returned Goods if it is satisfied that those Goods are defective and those defects would not be apparent on inspection. Goods have to be returned in original packaging at Buyer’s costs at all times.  All Statutory Rights reserved.

The Seller shall have the option of either replacing defective Goods within 50 days of receipt of them or shall refund to the Buyer the price for those Goods which are defective.

The Buyer may return any Goods in accordance with the above provided that:

(a)   the Buyer bears the risk and cost of returning the goods;

(b) the Buyer indemnifies the Seller against any costs incurred in rectifying any deterioration of the Goods resulting from the Buyer’s incorrect handling or storage of the Goods.

The Seller shall not be liable for defects arising out of normal wear and tear, the Buyer’s failure to follow any instructions given by the Seller, misuse or alteration of  the Goods, negligence, wilful damage or any other act of the Buyer, its employees, agents or any other third party.

Buyers will refund or exchange faulty goods at their own risk.  The Seller will inspect all returns once a month or as per  individual agreement with the Seller.  All returned goods will be examined.  Those found to be faulty  due to factory  error will be credited to the Buyer.  Those that are NOT faulty or have been misused or parts missing from them will not qualify for any refunds or credits.
